Job Description
Techwens Software Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Telecaller Executive to support our sales and lead generation efforts. The role involves interacting with potential customers over calls, explaining services, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.
The ideal candidate should be confident, persuasive, and result-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving daily and monthly targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients from the assigned lead database.
Introduce our solutions clearly and compellingly within the first 60 seconds of a call.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on business size, need, and decision-making authority.
Consistently achieve daily and monthly call targets without compromising on call quality.
2. Appointment Setting & Demo Scheduling
Schedule meetings for the prospective clients
Confirm appointments, share relevant pre-call information with prospects.
3. Follow-Up & Lead Nurturing
Maintain a disciplined follow-up cadence; no lead goes cold due to a missed callback.
Re-engage warm and cold leads through regular, structured follow-up calls.
Track lead status and update call outcomes accurately in the CRM or calling tracker after every interaction.
4. Objection Handling & Persuasion
Handle common objections (price, timing, need) confidently.
Stay calm, professional, and persuasive even during difficult or repetitive conversations.
Continuously refine call scripts and talking points based on real-time feedback from calls.
5. Target Achievement & Performance
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs like calls dialled, leads qualified, and demos scheduled.
Maintain consistent performance across all metrics.
Actively participate in daily team briefings, target reviews, and performance check-ins.
6. Reporting & CRM Management
Log every call outcome, follow-up date, and lead status in the CRM or tracking sheet in real time.
Submit accurate daily call reports to the Team Leader at the end of each shift.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Fresher to 3+ years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or telesales.
Prior experience in B2B or B2C calling (Software, SaaS, Insurance, EdTech, FMCG, Banking, or Telecom) is an advantage.
Freshers with excellent verbal communication skills and a strong, demonstrable drive to achieve targets are welcome.
Education
Minimum: Graduate in any discipline is preferred.
Language Skills
Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory — confident, clear, and professional spoken communication is essential.
Basic English communication skills are preferred for email follow-ups and written correspondence.
Technical Skills
Comfortable working with a computer and call tracking tools.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for logging and reporting.
Quick learner — able to understand and articulate software product features after brief training.
Personal Traits
Strongly target-driven; genuinely motivated by numbers, results, and performance rewards.
Resilient and persistent; not discouraged by rejection.
High energy, positive attitude, and professional phone etiquette at all times.
Excellent listening skills — able to quickly identify a prospect's need and respond with relevance.
Disciplined, punctual, and consistent; reliability is as important as raw talent in this role.
