Job Opening: Telecaller Executive
Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Document Verification: Verify customer and labor documents for registration on the Helpro platform.
Customer and Labor Support: Handle inquiries, provide assistance with app usage, and resolve complaints effectively.
Complaint Resolution: Manage and resolve customer and labor grievances related to services.
Office Work: Assist with daily office operations, maintaining records, and updating databases.
Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and labor, ensuring seamless interactions.
Helpro App Support: Educate customers and labor on how to use the Helpro app and its features.
Requirements
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in a similar role (preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, or regional languages.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
Multitasking capability to handle calls and office work simultaneously.
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
