Job Description
Telecallers will make phone calls to potential customers:- inform customers about real estate projects for villa, plots answer customer queries about price, location, site visit coordination answer customer queries about villa details (area/size, rooms, amenities etc) invite customers for site visits, coordinate with sales team to arrange site visits follow-up with customers after site visits and coordinate with them till customer decides to buy villa or plot keep track of customers who called, visited project site, progress towards sales closure
