Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller with 1-2 years of experience in the IT field to join our dynamic sales team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and effectively communicating the company's products and services to generate leads and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce IT products and services.
Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Understand client requirements and suggest suitable IT solutions.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and IT industry trends.
Database Management: Update and manage customer databases with accurate and relevant information.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Sales Targets: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings and services.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and sales conversion.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: 1-2 years of experience of telecalling in the IT industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
IT Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products and services.
Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Customer Focus: Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills.
