Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Contact visitors/delegation team via email or call and invite them to visit the exhibition
2. Assist with calling all the VIP databases to personally invite them to visit our exhibition
3. Work on getting registration of delegates for attending conferences & technical events
4. Provide support, information, and materials to the visitor's query
5. Work on preparing, managing, and updating the visitor registration list on a regular basis
