Receiving incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries.
Collecting and documenting detailed information about the appliance issues reported by customers.
Scheduling appointments for our repair technicians.
Providing information about our services and pricing.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
Gather and record customer information, including contact details and nature of the issue.
Coordinate with the scheduling team to book service appointments.
Address customer queries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates if necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
A friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in the home appliance repair industry.
Bilingual abilities (English and another language).
