• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Identify customer needs and effectively present products or services that meet those needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue goals.
