Key responsibilities:
1. Maintaining a high level of call productivity and quality by making a targeted
number of calls per day and following up with potential customers
2. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers by providing
excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints or queries
promptly
3. Recording customer interactions and sales in the company's CRM software
