About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Work on lead generation and cold calling
2. Call existing and potential customers to inform, convince and sell the company's products and services
3. Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
4. Record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases accurately
5. Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
6. Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow up to ensure action has been taken
Skills & Requirements:
1. Male candidates are preferable
2. Language - Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, English, and Hindi
