About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on online leads of interested customers
2. Making calls to interested customers
3. Explaining the product details/offers/benefits to the customers
4. Converting interested customers into sale & guiding to make online payment or visit
5. Clarifying customer requirements; probing for and confirming understanding of requirements or problem
6. Conducting needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offering the most appropriate product or service to address their needs
Requirements:
1. Candidates with an experience in international call center of 6 months or above (required)
2. Candidates should have excellent written & verbal communication skills
Additional information:
Night shift. Work location: Ashok Vihar (New Delhi). Both side cab facilities.
