Job Overview: As a TeleCaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce them to our products/services, generate leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Excellent Voice communication skill in English/Hindi
The primary goal is to engage prospects, build rapport, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided contact lists or databases.
Introduce company products/services to prospects and educate them about features, benefits, and pricing.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, interests, and purchasing intent through effective questioning techniques.
