Job Title: Motor Insurance Telecaller

Key Responsibilities
Initiate outbound calls & inbound queries to prospective customers, promote & sell motor insurance products, and provide detailed information about motor insurance plans, benefits, and premiums to get a quick closure
Assist customers in selecting the best insurance coverage to meet their needs.
Process policy applications and renewals efficiently
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
