As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in communicating with potential students and parents, promoting our school's programs and values. Your excellent communication skills both spoken and written will help us reach out to a wider audience and attract more students to our school.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our school's offerings
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and emails to schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain a database of potential students and update information regularly
• Assist in organizing and attending school events to generate interest and promote enrollment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing student enrollment
• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns raised by parents or students
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments scheduled, and enrollments secured
