Behtar Zindagi is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic telecaller with excellent Hindi proficiency (spoken) to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, promoting our products and services, and converting leads into sales. Key Responsibilities • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our range of products and services. • Provide accurate and detailed information about our offerings to interested individuals, answering their queries effectively. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing customer concerns, providing after-sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Achieve and exceed individual targets by consistently meeting or surpassing monthly sales quotas. • Actively participate in sales training programs to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales objectives and increasing customer base. • Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
