Job Description
Organize and manage all leads within the CRM system.
Set up and maintain the CRM software to ensure no lead is overlooked.
Gain a thorough understanding of all company products and effectively explain them to customers.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns related to the products.
Perform additional tasks related to customer calls as needed.
Provide product explanations and demonstrations to walk-in customers.
Participate in exhibitions and give product demos to potential customers.
Contribute to various tasks, as other duties may be assigned due to the small size of the organization.
