Key Responsibilties
• Making outbound calls to potential investors to introduce our franchise opportunities
• Collecting and updating potential investor information in MS Excel for further tracking
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional manner
• Following up with investors to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships
• Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to generate potential franchise leads
