Job Description
Location: Gurgaon (Head Office)
Reports To: Sales Manager / Director
Digitos is a leading provider of self-service kiosks, digital menu boards, LED video walls, and digital signage solutions for QSR chains, hospitals, retail, and government institutions across India and international markets.
Inbound Calls
• Answer customer queries about Self Serivce kiosks, LED displays, digital signage, and solutions.
• Share company/product details confidently and professionally.
• Capture lead details (name, company, requirements) into the CRM system.
• Pass qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up.
Outbound Calls
• Call target companies (from database provided by Sales/Marketing team).
• Introduce Digitos solutions and understand their requirements.
• Qualify leads by asking discovery questions (budget, timeline, decision-maker).
• Fix meetings/demos for Sales Managers with CXOs, Procurement Heads, and Ops teams.
Coordination & Reporting
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM/MIS with status.
• Follow up on proposals and pending decisions over phone/email.
• Share feedback from prospects with Sales & Marketing teams for strategy improvement.
