• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 12th grade pass or graduate in any discipline.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer service or telecalling is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
