Responsiblities: Making Inbound and Outbound calls with potential customers and explaining the services offered by the company. Calling, converting and closing prospects to customers. Maintaining Lead Database records of the Clients Maintain Data for fixed Appointment with lead and Follow-up Reports. Handling customer questions, inquiries, complaints Strong product knowledge & understanding of Stock market Basic computer skills of using MS Office Minimum 1year of experience in broking sales
