We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to start their career in customer service and telemarketing.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries, and provide information.

Maintain a detailed record of each interaction with customers in the CRM system.

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets as set by the supervisor.

Provide accurate information about product features, prices, and benefits.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.

Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred but not required.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Good time management and organizational skills.
