• Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads
• Explain Learnosphere’s courses, features, and benefits clearly
• Handle inbound inquiries and resolve basic queries
• Maintain and update lead records in CRM systems
• Follow up with interested candidates to drive conversions
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team
🧠 Required Skills
• Strong verbal communication (Hindi & English preferred)
• Good persuasion and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated

• Undergraduate or recent graduate (any stream)
• Prior experience in telecalling/sales is a plus but not required
