Full Job Description
We are looking for interns with excellent communication skills to work with our Panel team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Calling the Inactive Panelists/Customers from the Database.
Understand the reason from the panelists for not responding to surveys.
Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
Generating reports as and when required.
Should be able to answer customer questions and provide information about products, services, and company policies.
Qualification: Fresher Graduates/Under Graduates
Skills Required:
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Comfort with using computers and inputting data quickly and accurately.
