Position: Tele-Caller (Domestic/International)
Responsibilities:
To find fresh sales opportunities through outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the
company’s products and services.
Lead Generation Using Tools/Biding portals like Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr,
Freelancer, Guru etc.
To deliver the scripted sales pitch to the customer and to adjust the same as per the
specific individuals.
Develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients over the phone.
Data Mining & Maintaining the database of customers on a regular basis.
Creating and sending E-mail, What’s App & SMS campaigns.
Manage and track leads and prospects in a CRM system Achieve monthly and quarterly call
targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
Participating in Industrial Exhibitions, Events, and other publicity events.
Attend training sessions and workshops to stay up to date on our products and services.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Tele-callings in B2B and B2C Segment.
Experience in the Software domain, preferably in a cloud-based platform with the SaaS model.
Should be comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
Experience in the ERP domain will be value-added.
Thorough understanding/appreciation of software product/service sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
Languages: Gujarati, Hindi & English
