We need excellent English coms skills and Min 6 months ofBPO experience -Customer service / handling escalation calls/ inbound calls. Candidate should be comfortable with rotational shifts (Only Female candidates will have day shifts) any 1 day rotational week off. Please also consider sharing profiles fromtravel /hospitality/ hotel management ( reservations/front desk / guest handling) / aviation background / BPO customer service experience. They should have experience for handling complex projects/ escalation scenarios with maturity.
