Located in the heart of South Delhi, our Lajpat Nagar 1 office is the ideal place for Telecallers / Telecalling Executives to harness their talents. This South Delhi job vacancy is specifically suited for candidates residing in or around the area, ensuring a convenient commute to Lajpat Nagar 1.
As part of our telecalling team in Lajpat Nagar, your main duties will include:
• Informing students to avail services for e-Learning solutions for competitive exams, i.e., NEET-UG, JEE Main and JEE Advanced through telecalling.
• Making outbound calls and delivering prepared sales scripts to convince potential students and parents to join a course as part of the telecaller job at CareerOrbits.
• Addressing queries and managing interactions with students and parents as a vital part of your telecalling job.
• Advise students and parents by answering incoming calls.
• In the call, take the students through the demo and the sales process.
• Meeting targets through strong telecalling and convincing selling skills.
Desired Profile for Telecaller Job in Delhi:
• Female candidates with fluent in English and Hindi, with exceptional communication skills are required for telecalling job.
• Past experience as a Telecalling Executive / Telecaller or Telesales Executive in handling outbound Sales process in a BPO with a proven track record.
• The ideal person must be energetic, creative, an excellent team worker and a go-getter.
• Candidates with online marketing experience in the eLearning, edtech, education or eCommerce domain will be preferred.
• Minimum Graduates from reputed universities.
• Candidates with higher qualifications and experience shall be preferred.
• The candidate should be have keyboard skills.
• The candidate should have the ability to meet targets.
• Knowledge of the competitive test preparation domain would be an added advantage.
Remuneration for Telecaller profile
CTC Rs. 25,000 onwards plus Performance-based monthly attractive incentives as per Company Rules.
Job benefits include Paid Leaves as per standards, PF, ESI, Telephone reimbursement (as applicable)
