Role Description
As a Telecaller Intern at JINC Edutech Pvt. Ltd, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and sell our products. This is a hybrid role based in Jodhpur, but some work from home is also acceptable. You will be provided with on-the-job training to provide information to customers and handle various queries related to our products. You need to have strong communication skills & convincing power to convert potential customers into business leads.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a flexible environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate strong skills in multitasking and resolving complex problems.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience in telesales/telemarketing is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
