Job DescriptionWe are looking for a young mind with enthusiasm for sales conversion at our project site. The product is land - both and Farm Land.
Our main customers are individuals looking for direct use of such land or investing in land further constructing bungalows for their stay.
Responsibilities Calling on data shared by the company or generated themselves on daily basis. Meeting or exceeding site visit goals. Converting the lead/data into site visit meetings. Maintaining the lead/data/client list with proper follow up status. Sharing correct, accurate information to the clients. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs. Understanding and promoting company programs. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales Understanding of the sales process and dynamics. A commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Language:
English, Hindi (more preference to candidates also knowing Marathi, Gujarati or any other regional languages)
Education: 12 Pass/ Graduate (Preferable person currently not pursuing studies)
Experience: 6 months or more in Real Estate Sales (Freshers also welcome with commitment) It is wfh job and for interview u have to come to thane office
