Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
Inbound Calls: Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
Customer Support: Address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to build long-term relationships.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and inquiries in the company's database.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product or service features, benefits, and pricing.
Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and processes.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve common goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role in customer service or sales.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications
