Role Des>cription
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller at Complete Box Events located in New Delhi. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our services, and persuading them to attend our events. You will also handle inbound calls, answer customers’ queries, and provide information about our events. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our events.
Qualifications
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English
• Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections
• Good knowledge of the events industry and our services
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
• Prior experience as a telecaller or in customer service is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
