We are looking for a TELECALLER to join our team.
• Experience: Fresher or internship experience
• Education: Graduation (any stream)
• Language: English and Hindi
• The primary roles and responsibilities for this role are : -
1. Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
3. Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
4. Provide appropriate solutions to client's queries and doubts.
5. Support clients via call by answering their product related doubts.
6. Work on obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle our product and service inquiries
