Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Client Support Executive to handle telecalling and client coordination activities. The role includes regular calling, follow-ups, and occasional field visits for meetings and coordination work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound and inbound calls for client coordination
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up with clients regarding ongoing work, updates, and schedules
• Maintain records of calls and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
• Visit clients for meetings and coordination work when required
Requirements:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, call records, etc.)
• Willingness to travel within Delhi when required
• Comfortable with occasional field visits
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Prior experience in telecalling or coordination roles
• Responsible, punctual, and organized
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
