Job Summary
Chandorkar Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our outbound sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with potential customers through phone calls. This role involves making a high volume of outbound calls daily to generate leads and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Make 60-80 outbound calls per day to potential customers.
• Introduce the company’s products/services to prospective clients and generate interest.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Maintain detailed records of calls and customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.
• Provide accurate information to customers and handle their queries effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements
• Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in telecalling or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Technology Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections.
• Goal-Oriented: Driven by targets and able to work under pressure to achieve goals.
