Job Title: Telecaller – Placement Cell

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our Placement Cell team at AAFT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to students, alumni, and recruiters, ensuring smooth communication, and assisting in placement-related activities. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to students and recruiters for placement-related updates and coordination.
• Explain placement opportunities, processes, and requirements clearly and confidently.
• Maintain and update databases of students, alumni, and recruiters.
• Build and sustain professional relationships with corporate partners and hiring managers.
• Support the Placement Cell in organizing interviews, job fairs, and campus drives.
• Handle queries and provide timely resolutions.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently.
• Good persuasion and follow-up abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers can apply; prior experience in telecalling or student engagement will be an added advantage.
