Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales or call targets.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, providing timely and relevant information.
