Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with accurate product knowledge.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s offerings and communicate them effectively to customers.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or services.
Keep records of customer interactions, including notes on conversations and customer feedback.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales or call targets.
Update customer information in the CRM system.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
Follow up on leads and sales opportunities, providing timely and relevant information.
