Handling inbound and Outbound calls and responding to Student inquiries in a professional manner.
Daily you have to Follow up on leads and inquiries.
Maintaining a database of Student information and updating it regularly in CRM.
Maintain the Database of your follow-up as well as cross-check team members’ database for smooth functioning of work.
Any work assigned by the senior management.
