Job Description
We are currently seeking a Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, and providing excellent customer service. Your main goal will be to generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
Responsibilities:
• Making outbound calls to potential customers and explaining our products or services
• Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns
• Providing information about our products or services to potential customers
• Converting leads into customers by effectively communicating the value of our offerings
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
Requirements:
• Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• High school diploma or equivalent
