Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller with experience in the real estate industry to join our team in a 100% remote role. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and strong follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and explain property details.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate project information.

Schedule site visits and follow up with clients to ensure conversion.

Maintain an updated database of leads and customer interactions.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and support the sales team in closing deals.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of telecalling experience in real estate.

Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English and local languages.

Own laptop/desktop, stable internet connection, and landline or mobile phone for making calls.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
