Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on provided data.
Achieve daily target of 60-100 calls to generate leads and qualify prospects.
Convert passive inquiries into active sales opportunities through persuasive communication.
Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals and targets.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to management based on customer interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tele-caller or similar sales/customer service role.
Strong verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet targets.
Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales tele-calling or customer service.
High school diploma required; additional education in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
