We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Sales Associate to join our international sales team focusing on the US Gas and Electric Energy market. In this role, you will play a vital part in helping American consumers and businesses exercise their right to choose their energy providers and optimize their utility costs in deregulated markets.
Position Overview
Role: Outbound Sales Associate – US Energy Process
Industry: Deregulated Energy (Natural Gas & Electricity)
Market: United States (B2B and B2C)
Shift: Night Shift (Aligning with US Business Hours)
Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Educate US-based homeowners and business owners on energy deregulation and their options for switching providers for better rates or green energy plans.
Bill Analysis: Guide prospects through understanding their current utility bills to identify potential savings or price-protection opportunities.
Lead Management: Initiate high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers using a professional dialing system.
Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all enrollments strictly follow US state-specific utility regulations and Third-Party Verification (TPV) protocols.
Goal Achievement: Consistently meet daily call targets and monthly enrollment quotas to drive revenue.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Exceptional English Fluency: Ability to communicate clearly with a neutral or US-friendly accent and high-level active listening skills.
Sales Persuasion: Proven ability to handle common energy-sector objections (e.g., "I'm already with a provider" or "I'm not interested") with professional rebuttals.
Persistence: A resilient "hunter" mindset with the ability to maintain high energy throughout a night shift.
Technical Literacy: Comfort using VOIP software and CRM tools to accurately log customer data and call outcomes.
Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in US energy markets or US-based outbound sales is highly preferred.
