Requirement
Should have 1 yr to 5 yrs experience in doing Tele sale
Should have worked good experience Telle calling
Should have worked in selling Bank related products, credit card, Loans, Policy's etc.
Good communication skills
English, Tamil and Kannada Added Advantage
This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.
Client Interaction
Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person meetings.
Understand and address client needs, concerns, and feedback.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients.
Issue Resolution
Identify and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
Documentation and Reporting
Do the processing activities of the countries assigned
Ensure proper documentation of the data is done.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
Prepare reports on client feedback, recurring issues, and overall satisfaction levels.
Suggest improvements to processes and procedures based on client feedback and observations
