Job Title: Telecaller (Female)Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, clients, or donors with the objective of promoting our services. Your goal is to engage and persuade individuals to take the desired action, whether it's purchasing a service, scheduling an appointment.Responsibilities:1. Make outbound calls to a list of leads provided by the company.2 Explain the company's products, services, or potential customers or donors.3. Answer questions and provide information to interested individuals.4. Record and update customer information in the company's database.5. Keep accurate records of calls and outcomes.6. Follow up with potential customers who require additional information.7. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.+. Report feedback and issues to the manager.Requirements:1. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role is a plus, but not mandatory. Training will be provided.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Good command of the local language(s) and a clear and articulate phone manner.4. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software.5. Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in reaching targets.6. Strong organizational and time-management skills.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.8.
