We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team on a work-from-home basis. As a telecaller, your role will be to connect with potential and existing customers, make calls, and promote services or handle inquiries. This is a flexible position, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities to suit your schedule.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
• Promote and inform customers about products, services, or offers
• Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems
• Follow scripts and guidelines while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
• Meet daily or weekly targets for calls and customer engagements
• Provide solutions and escalate issues to appropriate teams if necessary
Requirements
• Excellent communication skills and a clear, friendly phone voice
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
• A quiet and professional home office environment
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Availability to work flexible hours (part-time or full-time options available)
