Qualification: Any UG/ Graduate
• Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to
him/her, for various products and services.
• Customer Interaction (Talk to the customers and help them to complete the online application till the loan is disbursed and repayment is made).
• Credit Appraisal Underwriting/recommending of proposals for non-collateral Personal loan. • Process Understanding: process and policies and implementing the same to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure TAT is maintained as per policy.
• Identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned
•Mange all communication with bank and provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues.
• Quality Management in terms of Audit, Compliance and Hind sighting.
