We are currently seeking a Tele Caller Executive to join our team at Kogta Financial in Jaipur. As a Tele Caller Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls to potential and existing customers, generating leads, and contributing to business growth. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing suitable solutions, maintaining professionalism and quality in service, and achieving targets. Additionally, you will be expected to ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams, escalate complex queries when necessary, build strong customer relationships, and participate in training programs to enhance your skills and performance.
The ideal candidate for this position should have 0-2 years of experience and be pursuing a Graduate/Graduate/Postgraduate degree. Proficiency in at least two of the following languages - Gujarati, Marathi, Hindi, or English (with one being a regional language) is required. Prior experience in the financial industry would be advantageous. Strong listening and problem-solving skills, fluency in Gujarati and Marathi, a positive and self-driven attitude, as well as familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies are desirable qualities for this role.
