Male / Female Telecallers REQUIRED FOR A SEAFOOD COMPANY in Purasawakkam , Chennai .
Qualification : Any Degree , +2
Fluency in English & Tamil is preferred
Experience : Sales / Call Center / BPO Voice process preferred
Basic Computer knowledge is must .
Age: 18 to 35 years
Morning shift Salary : 14k to 15k
Location : Purasawakkam - Near Tana Street.
Morning Shift Timing : 7 am to 4 pm ( Male or Female )
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
Computerized Billing
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
Walk in with documents from Monday to Friday . Interview timing +.30 am to 12.30 pm .
Saturday & Sunday are also working days . Week off on other week days .
