• Job Role:Tele Calling
• Responsibilities:
Make attend the calls and resolve the customer issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all calls and leads in the CRM system
Assist with the scheduling of appointments for sales representatives
Provide excellent customer service to all clients
• Requirements:
12th pass or equivalent
0-1 years of experience in a
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
