CredPe is a fast-growing fintech platform built to make credit access simple, transparent, and fast for every Indian. From credit score checks to loans and cards, we help users discover and apply for the right financial products - all in one place.
Role Overview:
We’re looking for experienced Telesales Executives who can connect with leads, build trust, and convert them into customers by pitching relevant financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch financial products.
• Understand customer needs and offer suitable credit/loan solutions.
• Handle inbound leads and convert them efficiently.
• Maintain accurate lead records and follow up regularly.
• Achieve daily & monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
Requirements:
• 0–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in BFSI/Fintech.
• Strong communication & convincing skills in Hindi & English.
• Familiarity with credit cards, loans, or financial products is a plus.
• Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
