About the internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Make outbound calls and contact companies & the right audience for conferences/webinars/virtual events 2. Receive calls and reciprocate appropriately to calls and email queries 3. Follow the communication telescripts when handling different topics, with the help of the same convince prospective delegates to attend the event 4. Meet the personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets of the projects 5. Maintain correct records of all calls made and leads generated 6. Generate quality follow-ups to get more registrations 7. Provide team leads with the information to qualify leads 8. Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensible way +. Support other team members and colleagues by way of communicating effectively & discussing issues concerned 10. Ensure effective time management within procedures set by the company 11. Represent the company at tradeshows and other business events 12. Maintain a healthy call volume throughout the event calling campaign 13. Update the existing databases with changes and the status of each customer/prospective customer 14.
