Job Description
This job will be responsible for providing efficient customer support by resolving client problems over the phone on a daily basis.
You'll take care of any problems that emerge so that we can provide full satisfaction to our customers.
Salary :15K - 20K plus lucrative incentives
RESPONSIBILITY:
• Customers should cultivate relationships with essential personnel.
• Ability to properly communicate over the phone.
• To ensure client satisfaction, schedule regular meetings with them.
• Handle all loanrelated phone calls, both incoming and outgoing.
• Strong influencing skills.
• A customeroriented attitude
• Good communication skills and knowledge,
• Problemsolving aptitude
