Job Description
The primary role will be to handle all customer queries through phone calls and whatsapp chat in a professional manner, gives solution to them & forward to respective department for solution and should see towards customer satisfaction.
- Making calls to inbound leads from across the world and have continuous follow up with them to provide service.
- Constant follow ups through calls & Whatsapp to prospective leads and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries and escalate to the right person for right issues
- prepare necessary reports on the sales performance in a well presentable manner.
- Get feedbacks from customers with constant follow ups.
Languages- Tamil & english mandatory ( kannada & Hindi added advantage)
